Member, Sunnyvale Public Teen Library

In April 2022, I was selected as one of 12 members of the Sunnyvale Public Teen Library Advisory Board. As a board member, I coordinated recreational events and organized volunteer opportunities for teenagers in the locality throughout the year.

Volunteer, Appalachia Service Project (ASP)

In July 2024, I volunteered to be part of a non-governmental organization; Appalachia Service Project’s 21-person church group. I stayed with my team at a middle-school in Magoffin County, Kentucky (Salyersville). During this time I was able to help build and repair houses for lower-income families in the central Appalachian region. My time also included daily interactions with the locals to foster community and understanding primarily revolved around their daily lives
