In order to lay the grounds of my initiative, I researched and put together two handbooks, covering the fundamentals and applications of depolarization as well as a resource compiling the rules, selection processes, targets, and schedules for use as a functional management resource.

DEPO Handbook

I have put together a practical, 6-chapter handbook, aiming to address the fundamentals of depolarization and the application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. The handbook will act as a comprehensive guide for individuals looking to learn, understand and mitigate polarization. The content will feature personal interactions as well as broader societal contexts. Some topics that will be covered in the series include, Effective strategies for engaging in respectful dialogue using NLP insights and Implementing depolarization practices.
